>Recap Galactic Situation:
It has been over 100,000 years since mankinds last contact with its homeworld of Earth. All that was heard last from the capital of Mankind's Empire was this: "Our hubris has brought us a fitting fate." None of the Terran Alliance's Archivists and Scholars have yet to figure out what the meaning of this last broadcast. The Terran Alliance itself, is at war, with several hostile Alien races throughout the five Sectors. Some races, however are not as aggresive, and wish for peaceful coexistence with all forms of life. But with all these alien minds, Mankind was able to unlock some of the mysteries of their own mind's limitations, bringing a new minority, Psionics, into the cultural eye. Some, make a living as commando's for the Alliance Military. Others either live in small reservations, alongside accepting normal humans.    The remaining ones, live the life of a spacer, alongside normal humans, Xenos, and in some cases, even Androids. It is a dangerous frontier, outside of the Core sectors of the Alliance, but it is a frontier filed with oppertunity.

You are Spacers, Account registry #823472163-Alpha Class. You have somehow scraped together enough credits to purchase a Space Vessel. Your team will be given a Beta Class Spacing License, meaning you are capable of performing assaults on foes of Mankind, as listed in the Privateer's Charters. You are also permitted to salvage any damaged non-military vessels you find, as well as establish mining operations, exploration missions, and perform Research on any Xenotech you may encounter, provided it does not exceed Havkr-class in its workings...

Growing bored of treating civilians, he decided to take a job on an exploration vessel. As part of his training, he knows plenty about human anatomy, and has passing knowledge of how to treat common xenoforms.

Note: The Androids in this for the most part are just your typical robots, but having them like say... Bishop, from Aliens, is completely okay. Does anyone have any certain questions? If so, just post here, and I will answer.

• What is the tone of this game? Serious or comedic? On a scale from GRIMDARKNESS to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy?
• Are there any xenoforms in mind that we can be? May we draw from existing works, or do you have some samples?
• What's the size of the ship? Are we the only crew, or are there "NPCs", and if so, how many?

Name: Floon.
Gender: Male.
Species: Grey.
Specialty: Doctoring, anything otherwise biological in nature. Poo Cleaner Science Officer.
Background Check: We're... not entirely sure how a non-human became the doctor of a ship mainly consisting of humans.  He shows a surprising competency, though. After witnessing "Dr." Floon's "surgery" we have decided to give him a job he is more suited for.  Honestly, I can't believe how the boys upstairs fucked this one up this badly.  He's an alien, for Christ's sake!  I still can't understand why he amputated both of the patient's arms to treat a broken leg.

Obviously, his mind has a greater potency than the average human's.  He appears to have some psionic capability, but it is probably limited.

1: Serious tone, not as grimdark as WH40k, but not as cheerful/noblebright as Starwars or Startrek.

2: I suppose using an alien from an existing work is fine. One example of a Alien I had come up with:
Lithian- Basically a living group of gems, connected by lightning/energy. Has a caste system, is Psionic at least to some extent (They have no mouths.) Also, they are capable of growing small shards of crystal out of one of their 'Arms', and fire it at enemies.

3: That will depend. They likely will not have NPC crewmen. Unless you count potential passengers. So mostly, small corvette sized vehicles. Like about the size of Serenity.

Species: Xenoform.  What are the dominant species of aliens?  I'll specify which xeno if you can give me a short list.
Specialty: Doctoring, anything otherwise biological in nature.

There are races such as: The Lithians, Kralen(Lizard folk.), 'Greys', and also, the Flarok, which are a race of bird people. Other races are also in this galaxy.
