Man, when my ADD kicks in, I have like three things I do to relieve brain-pressure.
Read,
Talk excessively,
or Draw.

It really helps me focus.  During exams, I started having a sort of an "OCD Attack" where I have trouble focusing and start trying to arrange shit in even numbers.
So I drew a cat on my desk, and it was probably the best damn cat I've ever drawn.  I managed to finish my essay just fine after that.  :D

 :'( My eMac is busted.  Shop can't fix it without replacing the motherboard, which is worth something like 500x what the computer actually cost me.  :'(

I SUPPOSE they could be called that, but given that gif animations are essentially a gazillion images within an image, aren't one panel gifs a whole lot of panels within one panel??

I was going to make a thing but then I felt too sick.

So imagine the doctor being punched in the face by the brocket, which is extending from the mouth of the loface guy, then attribute it to me if the mental image is amazing.
