Humans - English. Pretty self-explanatory...
Dwarves - German/Danish/Norwegian - those languages have a "primitive" (no offense) feel to them, and the already exisitng accents in the game slightly nod towards those.
Elves - French - ditto, but in reverse.
Goblins - Russian - not entirely sure about that one, but a closer look at the RL history (World Wars)...Yea.
Kobolds - ...erm, Serbian? Didn't think about those, tbh, so this is spontaneous, really.

Also, nobody likes Elven.

That's my choice:

-Dwarves: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish...
-Humans: English, French or German (the typical medieval kingdoms).
-Elves: Any celtic language or maybe finnish sounds good for me.
-Goblins: Euskera fits good, very primitive (Euskera is one of the oldest languages of europe).
-Kobolds: I don't know really. Maybe Russian or one slavic language.

Also, as a Norwegian I also feel I should point out that modern Norwegian/Scandinavian in general isn't old, interesting or primal/powerful. A better choice for the Dwarves would be Icelandic, which is significantly closer to viking-era Scandinavian.
