bug report for your workflow plugin.

For some reason, I have the job set to produce drinks at 50-75...

However, if I [gasp] cheat and create say 100 plump helmets... I find that the # of drinks skyrocket past this value.

I do have liquid - lye job...

but that's the only other liquid job.

I only wrote a (now obsolete) interface for workflow, not the plugin itself.

Overshooting the max a little is expected, because several jobs can be queued up by the time that hits. All that workflow will do is suspend the managed workshop entries when that max value is met... do all your brew drink jobs get suspended? If not, there must be some reason those unsuspended jobs aren't controlled by workflow... like a mismatch between the job materials and the drink workflow's constraints.

Does the brew drink job get suspended when the maximum is hit?

yes... but those numbers don't stop going up unless I remove the brew job from the still.

It's weird.

It's probably because some already brewed drinks were still assigned to hauling jobs or stuck in a some state where workflow doesn't count them. When they finally got placed in stockpiles they finally got counted. Workflow has a number of conditions that have to be met before it counts an item as being "available" (possibly too conservative).

Is there a build of these available for DFHack r5?

Am working on it, been a bit busy lately. r5 does have my plugins up until the beginning of this month. There's just a couple of things missing.

I've just updated with r5 versions. OS X is missing at the moment because it appears not to compile in r5, at least in my environment.

DFHack or the plugins? I've been able to compile r5 under OS X (from DFHack/dfhack:master) - I can attempt to compile these plugins as well, if necessary.
Edit: Are you using 10.6? I haven't tested 10.6, so I'm unsure if r5 compiles/works on it.

Actually I think it's just my environment. I was messing around and it's probably using the wrong version of gcc now. I'll do some investigating.
