... You know, it would have helped immensely to know there was an 'activate trial version' under the activate button.

I'm too happy to just get this thing working to actually be annoyed at this.

Yes! The trolls have incited a flamewar between the core and darkling kingdoms, so they can invade both of them with their army of spambots!

And then there's the mountains of the upper realms, but they're all kind of weird.

Yes! The trolls have incited a flamewar between the core and darkling kingdoms, so they can invade both of them with their army of spambots!

Trolls huh.. Homestuck trolls perhaps?

edit: Also, it wouldn't be Bay12 without any Pony/Penguin conflicts.  :P

Ponies are part of the core kingdom. The darkling kingdom has wolves, but I guess Trolls (friendly ones) wouldn't be unfitting. Penguins would be neutral, since they're both black and white :P

Well I occasionally troll people, but I'm not exactly hostile. Technically.

I guess they'd be a splinter group that prefers more or less harmless pranks over all out war.


Also, I just realised that the marching sprites are identical to the walking ones. Reduces my workload to 39 sprites!

Currently: no on both counts. I added the Dermonster sprites after i compiled that executable.

Core and Darkling and Upper Mountains.

Ooh I like this. And the trolls are numerous beyond belief.

Additionally you'll have to choose a side between ponies and penguins with different rewards for each! :D

I had a suspicious feeling it would be. Almost half of the 64*64 is wasted space, so it's possible to cram him into a 32*64, but even that would require multi tile creatures.

Well, Lord Armok does know that we have enough inventors running around the place to make a robot army. I'd only have robots as a couple party members and some summons too. Having them as an outside threat would be a bit too much, I think.

EDIT: And I hate to ask this, but the sprite animations go 1,2,3,1,2,3 and not 1,2,3,2,1 right?
