Hopefully this fills in an unoccupied role (I guess some sort of magic meatshield that can be used to demoralize people if it somehow dodges their attack) and is balanced properly.

You'd need a flowerpot of epic proportions to lug that thing around, plus some wheels on it. Otherwise, I see no way how the tree could actually be a party member. That is, unless you just leave it unexplained.

I guess it would just seek out people like how other plants would seek out nutrients and sunlight. It does have a seal on it, so I guess the seal would just prevent it from attacking other party members.

I'm actually referring to how it would move from battlefield to battlefield. Continental drift would be a bit too slow (well, unless Equestria-Earth is incredibly tectonically unstable due to all the craziness, magic and magical craziness.

I'm just assuming that since Luna can heal remotely heal people, she'd be able to teleport a large tree. Of course, the players would have to find some of way to move it if they wish to transport it during combat. That's one of it's balancing factors for having high charisma, magic and endurance.

I'd assume it'd join just by happening to be there during a battle. Nobody would really know what it's doing. In fact, nobody would really know it's fighting. I mean, NOBODY suspects the tree. It could be a tree that happens to be there in the first battle you're in, and it just keeps popping up in the battles after it. I think it might be interesting. Doesn't have the *best* attack methods, but can only REALLY be hurt by collateral damage, or a missed shot on another target. It's really the PERFECT stealth character!

While it'd be a good character, it'd be tedious to play as. Lure. Drain. Repeat.

It would make as a good spell summon, if you were to create the corresponding tohou person to be a character.

Well, I guess a treant is not exactly a good idea. Although, I was reading some cellular structure books, and I had a idea. TCM, what percent of a ponies body is water?

I've heard estimates as low as 5 percent. The rest is friendship, love and magic, you see. It's the reason why certain ponies can develop the ability to fly - those three things are notoriously intangible and weightless, so they grant their possessor the ability to perform physics-defying stunts without the necessary sacrifices that a bird has to make. Furthermore, this unique chemical composition can allow ponies to defy death on occasion due to very much the same reasons.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Well, is a pony about the same height at the head as a average human? I have a few ideas, but they require some scale, some knowledge if they are cellular beings, and if the horn of a unicorn or alicorn can be removed from the skull by pulling, without killing the subject. Thanks for the data scapheap. If this is true, the mages should freeze the water in enemy bodies. The resulting ice will be internal to the cells, puncturing the membrane, and turning the affected area into something resembling a slushie, only with blood. Or it could result in a ice statue, but either way, it seems a good idea.
