I want to try it with two teams, since if you join in, the winnings are divided evenly, and the most I could get is 1000 gold. There are easier ways to get 1000 than the current challenge.
I will gladly do it again next time though, I think this special will stay for the while, as it is a big enough goal for anybody.

Tophat, please rethink your equipment: don't mix heavy and light armor. Sell the copper helm, or switch to copper armor for Tyd and sell the leather.

Mesor, yes, I also think Wraith could gut any current gladiator, one on one.

Works for me.
If we win which is a big if.
I have plans for that 1500 and I'll be happy to join in again and help other people after.

Then you'd better come along and prove yourself, then you'll get enough respect that I'll consider thinking of your team as almost as strong as my fluffy friend Wraith.
Who is actually I think stronger then my gladiators 1 v 1 now.

Still offended.

Although a bunch of squishy wizards could probably be useful for nuking and healing.

Not really.
Given the numbers we could not protect you and your people would likely be amongst the first to go down.
Better to let me and Ishar go first, if we can't take it together then your teams would probably not be enough to change things much.

My offense at being treated as cannon fodder still stands.

Although we'd probably be standing BEHIND you if we did fight.

If we win, we can help you out in the next round way better, putting out winnings to good use.

I'm surprised nobody is gunning for an orc character, or plans to take on a vampire or werewolf. I was certain that those things would be popular.

I'd get an Orc character if it wasn't restrictively expensive.

Hey I have plans for the werewolf and vampire.
But we are otherwise engaged unless you wanna give it another turn before the challenge to boost our teams a bit more first?
We could certainly put the money to good use to boost our chances.

I'd suggest we take 2 more turns for normal arena then pair up for the challenge.
Since right now I doubt we'd win but two good arenas would give us money to make some nice additions.

Orcs magically evolved, and have a decent STR bonus now.

If you want to pick another fight, that's fine by me, but I think we could realistically do the challenge. The direwolves can take care of the goblins (mostly), the three warriors are a decent match for the heavies, and the support characters can help out massively.
Of course, if I go for two rounds for around 1000 gold, I could equip both my fighters with candy swords, but I don't think that's needed.

Hmm let's give it a shot then.
I need to start upgrading my armor soon but I wanna take care of Wraith's companions first and finish up on weapons and spells first.

Wraith should be the new mascot for the Arena.

Because why not?

Ah God no, not another one...

Christ.

At this rate Wraith will reform a pack and take over the Arena.
