Bad things Roksana has done before:

1. Beat someone into dog-like submission with their own severed arm.
2. Set up supply traps that explode whenever someone takes a duffel bag of supplies from an area.
3. Tamed a shudova and fed him captured Lost she caught in one of her bear trap fields.
4. Set fire to a good portion of Excile Plateau to drive out a large amount of Lost from the plateau.
5. Burned a human family, complete with two children, for the father stealing her game.
6. The Aluminum Tree Incident.
7. The Plague Doctor Incident.
8. The Acid Rain incident.

I like this character.

1) How are you going to be handling progression? Are there character levels, or is it more, "use this skill successfully enough and it goes up?"
2) Is this intended for play by post use? Because, I mean, it mentions "Sessions."
3) I'm guessing "can be only be used if the character in question possesses ranks in it" refers to magic and stuff. Is this true?

More like you get a number of points at the end of an arc, and you can spend them to improve stuff.

In all likelihood, it'll migrate to IRC. That may change, though.

I'm working on a second made-up language now, called Cêmïral (an offshoot of the Warspeak language spoken by the Exiles of Exile Plateau) and my avatar's text is in that language with the closest characters I could find to what I have for "Cën tisotït ad Gamâz Doktor." That roughly translates to "I am named a/the Plague Doctor" and fully translates to "I am the Plague Doctor" (character of mine). It's pronounced "Chun tee-sote-itt odd Gomm-azhe Doke-tore".

The word "Gamâz" comes from the Kestvoshorik "Gaamaezh", pronounced exactly the same.
"Doktor", of course, comes from English.
"Cën" comes from the (as of yet) unworked on language of Zezilic, from "Chunne", which means "self".
The rest come from Warspeak.

Also please check out Ghosts of Exile Plateau please. I think I've gotten rid of what failed the previous game by providing more backstory and less decisions requiring background info.

Yes. The aim would be to make up various events that happened before the RPs began. I have my personal headcanon for the RPs events, feel free to disprove or add to it.

In my personal headcanon, it goes (I'm putting this down because I want to rant):

LaFOTM v1 takes place
Reboot, but it is localised; rest of LaF is unaffected
Somewhere after that but before v2, Albrecht and the evil guys enter
LaFOTM v2 starts
Noxus enters the LaFOTM
Main bulk of LaFOTM
Shadow Adventure Arc
Medea constructed
Psycho Rangers Arc; everyone except Phyliss dies.
LaF is irreversibly fucked, decides to reset itself to before LaFOTM v1.

Feel free to call me out on this expousing of my personal headcanon and/or idea for a small game.
