As it happens, I've got the skill-based stuff for SIDEWALC done. And we can gank the combat system from SWN (With some very minor modifications, of course). Basically, it's vaguely similar to the d20 system, only with a d30 instead. And I really can't come up with equipment rules ATM because my brain is a little frazzled.
