So I was thinking of a Pizza I used to have and this is what I came up with. I like when my pizza is salty so I go out of my way to add it.

Bruchetta Sauce, delicious it makes the sauce practically a topping in it of itself
Extra cheese: Cheesy! (they tend to ruin it)
Olives and Sausage

What are your personal pizzas that are outside the mold of presets?

Or for a less fancy pizza, just Italian sausage and Salami (I substitute the salami for the peperoni because I find that if there are not enough other toppings to balance it out the peperoni is just too strong and it takes away more then it adds.)
