"You guys mind if I torture that guy a bit before we kill him?"

[The Fool]

A shot of pain fired through his leg forcing him to grasp his shin. Tomcat's blood pooled around his leg, evaporating into an emerald mist as a heavy sense of dread filled the air. He couldn't scream because of the pain, but the mists from his blood screamed quietly for him. He started breathing heavily, trying to slow his breathing down. "I-I... I'm all right." With a blood soaked hand he pushed himself up. The mists encircled him into a nearly shapeless translucent light green cloak.

Several of the heroes stop and stare at either Seer or Tomcat.

[Xantalos]

"What? I will make him pay if he's the comic relief for the villans. By the way, Sin, what happened here, exactly? I'm pretty sure the natural state of the city is not 'on fire'."

[The Fool]

Tomcat notices the other heroes staring at him. "There's still a lot to do. If you aren't going to chase him you should help someone else instead of standing around."

[Xantalos]

Seer glances at Tomcat. "You want to chase the bastard down?"

[The Fool]

"If I get shot again I can't guarantee it'll be safe. With a shot leg chances are pretty good that he'll hit me." He took a few steps towards Jakc, but still stayed pretty far back. "Besides, he's already running. One blind alley is all it takes to lose a mark in a chase."

[Xantalos]

"Well, let's go! The sooner we catch up to him, the sooner I can break all his limbs."

[GreatWyrmGold]

"Yeah, you're correct. Ray--that's the supervillain I brought you all here to kill--she apparently wanted to smoke us out."

Tomcat notices the other heroes staring at him. "There's still a lot to do. If you aren't going to chase him you should help someone else instead of standing around."

One of the heroes, a fairly young woman, stammers out something about what's happening to you. The dwarf hops back into the forklift and careens down the road after Chopper, followed by a military-bearing woman in an exosuit.

Tomcat suddenly realized exactly what the woman was talking about. He shook his head. "Don't worry about it. It's just who I am. It'll stop itself in a few minutes when I stop bleeding." He stood in place, not daring to go closer to anyone. He was sure that the screams would be at least a little unnerving, but there wasn't a lot he could do.

And this is where crossovers run into difficulty...
How would you describe how Seer looks?

a costume that's basically a black super suit with white on the hands and feet. With the mask, maybe have white spots on my eyes and mouth
