As Seer runs after Chopper, towards an old castle, a jeep drives out the front gate. It has an anti-aircraft gun and some sort heat ray on top; the latter gets fired. The dwarf on the forklift crashes and the ray hits a tree. What's Seer doing?

Seer is twisting the laser gun down into the vehicle.

Okay, seriously, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Seer's strength is limited to "boulder at feet or dust miles away" levels. Maybe this wasn't clear, but the jeep is still some way down the road. I suppose this could, hypothetically, work but I'm a bit uncertain...Well, okay, I've made a choice.

The mounting for the heat ray is stronger than you can bend from this range. The lady in the exosuit runs forward and punches the side of the jeep, which does about as little as you'd think it would. You also note the dwarf getting out of and repairing the forklift.

Finding survival things.

Pathfinder gets a knife, a sleeping bag, and a couple bags of beef jerky from the burnt town...Is this not quite what you meant? Also, are you buying them from one of the very rare open stores, or looting them?

Finding them from the places that are too burned down to even have anyone care anymore.

Huh. Run closer, then pop the tires with powers. Sorry if I'm overestimating my strength.

It's alright. Just bear in mind that without those limits, you'd likely be the most powerful superhero in the League. You could basically point at problems and solve them. You'd be the Superman to Spinal's Batman and most everyone else's Aquaman or maybe Flash.

Anyways...Seer hurries towards the jeep, noting that the exosuit's operator was burnt to the suit by the heat ray. Untroubled, or close enough to it, he continues, causing the villain to blindly crash into a tree. Seer pops the tires, and then the dwarf crashes his forklift into the same tree, narrowly missing Seer.

((Oh god not SUPERMAN! The only redemption I could have after that would be to become General Zod. Whose side is the dwarf on again?))
