I guess starting Jorn in a graveyard would make things too easy? Because that's the first thing I'll need. A base and zombie meat shields.
Funny thing, Jorn is actually the only Chosen One I'm having trouble thinking of a starting location for. A good starting point should give the Chosen One options, without necessarily being easy. So yeah, graveyards are likely ruled out.
I would like to apologize for my sudden dropping-out of the roleplay. Unfortunately, I have a lot on my plate, more than I can handle at present. Sorry for not cutting off earlier, but this seemed interesting and I didn't want to. I realize this was probably dragging down the story.
Unless you would like me to stay, I would hand in my resignation.
No need to apologize. In all honesty, I usually stop waiting for responses after a day or so, so you haven't been responsible for any recent slowness in updates.
With the way the game works, it makes it entirely possible for participants to go inactive for a time without any major consequences (so long as you're not locked in a life or death battle or something like that). Hell, I've been assuming that The Moderator's flight to Canada is simply taking unexpectedly long due to Kestrel being away for the week.
If you really want to resign, I can have Taom be eliminated from the trial. But I personally have no problem with him going dormant for a while so that he can reemerge later when you have more time to keep up with things.
@Powder Miner
All set. Please enjoy the soothing ambiance of the aetheric fog until your time to participate in the trial arrives.
Speaking of which, I'll be allowing two more Chosen Ones to join the others on Earth at the end of the current turn, and maybe more at the end of the next turn, if I feel I can handle it without having things slow down too much.
