Clover made an appearance not too long ago, but Wrex has been gone for a while (at least for DrunkFort). A lot of the originals still pop in, and a good number of them are still around and active--take our resident Scruffy, for example.

I can't recall him not Wrexing every one. I always wondered if he did it intentionally just so he had an excuse to pass out earlier...

The last drunkfort savefile is for DF version 0.43.04, but 43.05 is out, so... it MIGHT be compatible? I dunno.

If you want my opinion, play the game non-drunk a bit more. Once you're able to make some mid-tier projects (windmills, screw pumps, glass stuff...), then go get rekt by alcohol and see how you do.

Myself, I was kind of considering taking a turn tonight. I have a few beers, and I could walk down the street and have a glass or two of whiskey and coke at my local to get properly drunk before returning home to more beers, but unfortunately I kind of have stressful things to deal with this evening. Or at least try (and most likely fail) to deal with.

Getting drunk would be far nicer, but... probably would make things worse.
Also I haven't properly played DF in a while, so I'd be even less competent than usual.
