Everyone is mentioning Vector.
Nobody is mentioning Vester.

Both of them are missed.

I wasn't around for much when Vester was still actively active, so I don't know much about her; I still miss her because of nothing else than her reputation and the impression she left on all others ;).

^^^ This.

And every time she shows back up, and I start to pay attention to her posts, she vanishes again. A fickle Filipina, that one.

Janet is Janet.

I bet I could get away with mentioning long-lost people, despite only being registered a year at most. :3

You all know I'm a part of your lives, now. I'll be here forever~

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

I didn't even realize that MW and PTTG were gone, but I know that they weren't banned.

Vector, because even though she was the most liberal person i've ever argued with, she was still a nice person, and I wish her best in her search for happiness.

I'm pretty sure I've seen MoM around, though she's definitely been way less active.

I too was starting to wonder where she went. It's a far cry from the 30-40 posts she made per day a few months back.

Vector and her thread were (was?) the reason I started lurking these forums, I only really started checking the other threads out once her thread got abandoned. Im still quite impressed with the level of intelligence displayed on these forums.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.
