Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to a spectacle of extravagance and unexpected twists. Welcome back to Chaosfactions.

As you may know (or probably don't know) I've run an RTD before, known by the name Chaosfactions, which ended rather ... abruptly. Due to personal matters and a severe lack of free-time I was unable to continue the RTD. However, this was now a long time ago and I've been able to get everything on track in such a way that I should be able to update forever if need be. I also felt unsatisfied with leaving my RTD unfinished as there is still very much story I had planned out. So now I ask you, the good people of Bay12, to enter and join me once again in telling the tale of Chaosfactions.

For a start, the rules are similar to last time. You may roll for anything you want and the roll decides your degree of success. Things that are more unlikely to happen may require a better roll as well. That doesn't mean that incredibly random actions won't work, they'll just be a bit more difficult. Either way, let us not further delay and get this going. We'll start out with 6 players this time, but the upper limit may rise again somewhere throughout the story.

Bonus: (Gives you a +1 bonus to certain rolls (f.e. dodging, persuasion, necromancy, etc.)

Everything is black. You slowly awaken from your deep slumber and open your eyes. Looking around, you find yourself in a small, wooden room. The walls are plain and the floor is barren. At one side of the room you see a lever. What will you do?

The latter beats anything...because close means many things when you think it that way.
