I rather loudly proclaim 'harrumph!' and storm off in search of some way into the tomb.

I attempt to block the cave-in with my pot lid shield.

After about five-seconds of smoke-filled searching, you finally find the fresco-laden entrance to the tomb.

I attempt to block the cave-in with my pot lid shield.

Unfortunately it's not a cave-in, but the entire room coming down to squish you like an ant.

Twenty seconds.

: GNHS presses the orange button and does not step through the archway.

I quickly read what was behind the door on the right.

I think that note is referring to later in the dungeon, since the first bit talks about going back to the arch (the misty gate) or the tormentor (either the green demon-mouth, or the door with the monster fresco painted on it) to discover the "second great hall". As for the arch, the lights reset after all 3 are pressed, so it's a sequence. Also there's no red button. If we're lucky, it's just a trial-and-error thing... I'm really hoping there isn't a penalty for guessing wrong.

Anyway, I'll take a swig of brandy for courage, suggest people stand back, and hit Orange, Yellow, then Blue.

I think we are missing something here, since the DM keeps hitting his head on nearby solid objects :P
The tormentor demon-face-consuming thing probably is a bad idea to mess with, not really comfortable messing with something that seems to devour everything. (especially with my very limited knowledge of DnD :P)

I proceed down the hall/entrance/whatever.

You proceed down the fresco'd corridor, avoiding the clearly-marked pit traps. Eventually you reach the end of the corridor, meeting a very annoyed Midna and GNHS.

: GNHS presses the orange button and does not step through the archway.

It's a sequence of three gems, remember? Pushing in one isn't going to have any effect.

I quickly read what was behind the door on the right.

Panicking, you read the inscription on the wall in the hopes of finding something important.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Ten seconds. The room is starting to get kinda cramped.

I think we are missing something here, since the DM keeps hitting his head on nearby solid objects :P

It's not because you're missing something, it's because you're always so goddamn close to the correct sequence.

Well crap. ((Don't forget, I'm by the archway thing too :)))

There's 3 buttons, and only 6 combos that should work since we have to push all 3 to make the sequence right. That leaves us with:

OYB
OBY
YBO
YOB
BOY
BYO

I'm assuming that each button stays depressed after being pushed, of course. If not, there are a few dozen more possible combinations we would have to go through.

Maybe Yellow, Blue, Orange?

Search the room again, paying special attention to the walls and floor. If I find nothing, attempt to damage one of the hinges.

Kadzar, just try to escape! I'm not drawing you a new sprite every time you die!

As others have been gathering by the misty arch, I'll run around the pits and back to the stone slab that rolled in to trap Kadzar under the crushing ceiling. I'll position myself at the edge of the slab and try to roll it open enough to let Kadzar escape. Some help would be dandy!
