Yeah I wish that instead of "Repeat" you could just enter the number of times to do that job (and whether to keep trying or to cancel the batch on the 1st cancel (no items) )

Pro tip: Cover your sand/clay collection areas with grates (no bars - stone is cheaper). Stops all the unwanted vegetation that clogs up the collection zone once you pierce a cavern wall.  8)

And a tip: sand can only be collected from sand walls. Floors won't work.

Or maybe it's the other way around! In any case, make a zone that encompasses both.

I have no difficulty collecting sand from sand floors.
