Inspect slab in more detail.
Then onward!
(1d6+1=4)Yeah, It's a slab. Local rock, probably small enough to be carried by one person.
You continue onward!
>Onwards.
You continue onwards.
Into the keep! But check for traps, I don't want to die this early. Bad Idea. Knowing RTD's, checking for traps would simply create something that wasn't there before. Still, be generally cautious.
You cautiously continue onward.
Inspect the slab for anything unusual...
(1d6=5)The words appear to have been chiseled into the stone in quite a hurry, and it stands quite comfortably on the ground. Actually, the ground could be dug if one wanted. Perhaps the slab is an ancient grave marker?
Lead the way into the keep, examine the surroundings and the detail of the innards of the keep, and examine the air along the way.
Listen to allies if they would wish to tell what is on that slab.
Admire the sunlight for, perhaps, one last time.
You lead the way onwards, taking in your surroundings, the path that'll lead to the keep, the clean air, the shining sun, the pile of wood sitting on the narrowing path... Oh.
As Rorgrin examines the slab, the other adventurers take to the path towards the keep. It is Rorrim who first sees the obstacle coming up - a large pile of wood and some rocks blocking the narrowing path and parts of the moderate slope.

You aren't quite at the keep yet, but that shouldn't take long. Rorgrin will easily be able to catch up, by the way.
