Leo throws the knife down to the room, and runs. He appears to be in a room with the same floor dimensions as the room below.
He makes it to the "south" wall, and opens up a door, which opens to a stairway going left and up. Leo closes the door, and climbs the staircase into a small room with a window looking out into the other room, a few monitors currently turned off, and a control panel. Next to the control panel is a chair. Looking out the window, Leo can see the robotic arm folded up and attached to the ceiling.

Down below, chaos erupts as the prisoners fight for the medic uniform. Zomara defeats Tack, who can't figure out how to operate the taser gloves, and puts on the uniform, putting the knife in a section of his belt.

The great god Retconia waves his hand lazily, and the uniform is on Rarborman.

Tack begins to wave at the hole in the ceiling.

Zomara waves the dagger at tack dramatically, but it doesn't do anything. oh well.

Leo, after determining that the door didn't have a locking mechanism, props the chair up against the door and the wall, securing it. He walks back up to the control panel, and flicks a switch. The monitors flicker to life, and he can clearly see Tack and Zomara fighting below on one of them, with a medic cheering excitedly. After a few more button presses, he feels he can manipulate the arm with reasonable dexterity.

Maneuver the arm behind the medic's knees so someone can push him over and he will stumble.

Look around the room where the arm cozies up into, to see if there's any cool stuff in there I can give / throw at them.
