There is a story where someone spilled this stuff and it caught fire, it burned through 12 inches of concrete, a meter of sand and kept going into the gravel.

Try some dinitrogen tetrafluoride. As quoted from Chemicalbook.com, "Explodes or ignites on contact with reducing agents at normal temperatures, including alcohols, amines, ammonia, beryllium alkyls, boranes, dicyanogen, hydrazines, hydrocarbons, hydrogen, nitroalkanes, powdered metals, silanes, or thiols... I'd say something THAT deadly is worth use for Bay12. For what purpose? Well, that's for you guys to figure out.
