Bananas are my favorite fruit, with raspberries close behind.
I also love lemons, but not by themselves.

I'll just go with 'canteloupe', though of course the safe word in this situation is banana.

It's probably the banana; that's my favorite, at least. I like oranges, but it takes me an hour or two to prepare one for eating.

Oranges.

Mostly because I get the shakes and froth blood at the mouth if I don't get any OJ.

You've got some hardcore goddamn oranges over there.

You should try them tangerines, they're much easier to get open.

Tangerines are awesome, they're like Orange lite except that making juice out of it gets a lot more annoying.

Wait I think I lost track of my thoughts there.

I just had a thought: who here likes to eat raw lemon and/or lime wedges? I tend to eat them if they are served with my food, rather than squeeze the juice onto whatever is being served.

Lots of my original homeland's food was great with calamondin (think of them as babby lemons) just sprinkled all over, but the doofy little things weren't much good for eating.

Aside from as garnish, I haven't had much experience with actual lemons.

It's not the oranges, it's me. I take of the outer peel, then separate the segments, then remove the white fibers, then scrape off the... whatever it is that's white to yellow and tastes unpleasant. And then I eat it. I'm not very quick at any of those steps, either.
Never had a tangerine. I'll have to look into them.

Raw lemons and limes are pretty good. Depends on the lemon or lime, though. Some are of not-tasty quality.

Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrant.

Best.

It's not the durian fruit?

I prefer the smell of a newly butchered liver to the stench of a durian fruit.

I'd go for starfruit, but bananas are great as well... It's a hard choice. Loads of fruits have lots to offer, it's like judging how well something is by comparing two completely different characteristics.

Avacado. The greatest fruit.

Discussion over, lock thread.

Grapefruit close second.

It is obviously the tangerine, since you can use them to view yourself in scale with the rest of the universe, signifying how utterly unimportant you are.

Disregarding that, avocados.
