The previous NPC vote was based on the unedited version of Proposal 1b. It may have changed since the proposed amendments.

I still think it is a big mistake not to allow for a senior elected representative to have final say in a vote, but if no one agrees with me I would suggest increasing the council limit to 21 to prevent ties.

EDIT: I also suggest a clause about separation of Church and state be included.

Yes, we should put that under the 'rights' section. It will allow the government to function more freely of outside/destructive influence.

((And it seems that there are going to be some problems with religions, so we should probably add that.))

The Covert Defense Proposal (Proposal 2a, Draft 1):

A section of the military shall be created that is devoted to covert defense and intelligence operations. It will act under the oversight of the legislature, who will approve any actions.

(This first draft is presented to all legislators as a draft)
