Does adding orchards to human site types crash the game? I just did that and now this happens.

I am hoping it is not the orchard feature itself but it might be. On the other hand, the cacti which compose the orchard are behaving strangely and producing weird dust clouds, so I don't know what would cause that but it might be related.
