No wonder why pacifists never get anything done.
You're kicking a bee hive full of pacifists?

Oh dear.

Does adamantine warhammer count as a weapon? It does less damage than fists.

Mutt gestures at the thread.
The thread begins to move!

I think I'm gonna try this challenge soon. Of course, I might gen a new world with more evil biomes/necromancers and go the anti-undead crusader route. Super dorf bonus for destroying/sealing away necromantic books and slabs, burning all undead/recently undead corpses, and killing all vampires. If accidentally turned vampire or huskified, a glorious suicide is required. Come to think of it, making a quick build-and-abandon fort in the world and stocking it with a lava pit, a lever-accessible vault, and an absurd number of coffins would make a good paladin sanctuary...

ff2 has a point. Wiffle bat weapons should be allowed. Also, elves would be fairly good for this challenge, being passive with nature and everything. You wouldn't have to worry about hippos using your skull as a tooth cap.

Holy Batmonk is attacked by a vampire.
Would it be permitted to punch his teeth out before running away?

Sooo...How's this going are people really doing it, or is everyone still trying to figure out loopholes that allow them to be Urist McDeathbringer The Blood Soaked Pacifist?

About to go into some sewers to spread the peace. Or run from danger, or cripple anyone i cant escape from.

I still think that technically if I destroy every bone in a bandits body until he's a screaming pile of meat that only regains consciousness long enough to realize the horrors inflicted on it and pass out until it starves to death or is eaten alive by swarms of birds I'm still a pacifist.

Never mind about that proclamation of success. I relapsed and killed an entire goblin village, then made rings, amulets, and decorations for my pick from their teeth. What is my punishment? Make it severe, though. By now I'm almost immortal and can oneshot most megabeasts, so what punishment is in store for me?

I am so gonna do this.  Never kill ANYTHING, only fight in self-defense, and only then, basic punches and kicks, at worst using wrestling to break bones.  I'll also start with no skill, a peasant.

Do I need to gen a world with bogeymen in it?

You must store all your armor and weapons in a place you shall decide, wear everything you made to weigh you down and spend one week in the wilderness.
