It *is* meant as a rub against kobold intelligence, yes.

Of course... 1/4 kobold, 1/4 elf, 1/2 dwarf "hatchlings" might be quite disturbing to look at.

I am banking on her being a sterile hybrid though.  A mutant "wtf splosion" might be a little too much.

A dragon caravan has come!

A dragon merchant approaches weird and says, into weird's mind, The emperor wanted me to give this to you.  Wouldn't say why.  The merchant then heads back to the caravan, after giving weird a kobold egg.

Assorted Giant animals x100

The caravan will only accept pieces of technology that have nothing to do with viruses or items similar.  The guards will torch any kobold that tries to steal anything.  All have legendary observer.

Inside is a genetically modified kobold.  It is 1/4 kobold, 1/4 elf, and 1/2 dwarf.  On the egg is a symbol.  The symbol says "from the lab of Zanzetkuken" in Dragonic.

As for the mutant kobold offspring, no need to give me such an egg. We would be drowning in them if I put a nest box in surinae's room.  His characters are a half elf kobold strumpet, and her dwarven husband. If the kobold elf hybrid thing happened...... their "special relationship" could produce "unexpected results".
