I know I just didn't see a point in PMing this first action since you guys can't shoot at me anyway.

Shoot =/= Ability usage.  :P

((How is movement performed again? Does normal driving keep the speed constant?))
Agressive: Bonus acceleration
Normal: Normal arcelereation
Defensive no Arceleration

Abilities don't cost actions to activate

FLAVOUR! I FORGOT IT!

Connor proudly revved his engine. He had his baby working more along the lines that he wanted, and having learned from last race, was more prepared this time. He felt confident, atleast in his own abilities. He was also confident in everyone elses. A number of returning racers, and all with impressive designs, clearly learned from before (though he did think he spotted Dariush's EMP again. That dreaded thing!) That bottle looking thing was just really weird. Connor was never a fan of super advanced technology, but that was a marvel... in a chaotic kind of way.

He had a plan, though. He calculated his chances. The start would tell him what plan he would be using. The time to race was now. The time to find a new winner!

Turn Seven: Off we go

The race starts and adwarfs Mustang immediatly races away, arcelerating at a breathtaking speed. Tiruin takes off to follow him, but simply isn't capable to keep up. Scelly flies past both of them, showing excellent racing and employing his rocket booster to increase arceleration speed. He quickly reaches his max speed and eventually has to brake to prevent damage to his vehicle.
Max and his Armadillo go off the track, employing the gravel to allow him to reach his top speed in seconds... He hits a few of the rocks, but his heavily armored vehicle plows through them without slowing down.
A dark shadow falls over the races as Dariush's world Conq MK.1 flies up into the sky. What nefarious plans will he think of next?
Toaster seems to be having some problems with his engines, as he slowly creeps over the Start line. Luckly he picks up some speed on the gravel. His mysterious machine seems to be driving through the rocks, hitting and not hitting them at the same time.
Much cheers are heard as Monk, The sky lord, and winner of on of the previous WDR's passes. He gallops away into the sunset, and a solid rock.  His armor creaks and bends, and loses some valuable speed.
The Deathwing sets chase towards the other racers, but fails to pick up much speed.

-Razor sharp wings: Does damage equal to speed/3(Cap:20). Targets dodge and armor roll are subtracted from this. If the result is negative, apply damage to user.
-EMP: Reduces speed by 15%*d6. Uses 40 energy. Can be used every 4 turns.

Army saboteurs: Can submit any hazard to the GM(including location). The Gm will need to put it in. (Rebalancing may occur). Sadly you can fall into your own traps.
Harpoon gun [Range: 40, Energy use: 20, Acc:D6 Allows you to drag yourself forward or the enemy backward for 10 tiles/turn. 20% chance of linkbreak/turn. Also broken when out of range.  ]

At the flip of a switch, Tyrin heard the turbofans warming up, slowly gaining power and ascending to parallel height. He could feel the craft hover slightly, until the signal was given.

A flurry of engines, boosters and rockets sounded nearby - most only audible due to his Aural visor, he could see some of the participants receive 'extra' help, as one of them edged away from the rest and pulled off into an unknown direction. He checked the RADAR, there were shortcuts.

He wondered if everyone else had this many Aces up their sleeves as he tapped a jovial rhythm on that red button marked "D.I.E.".

''Alright!'' Connor celebrated. This thing was already more successful than the original. The start was exilirating, as all the contenders raced off. Now, though, he started to hear all the noise of firepower, and maybe a distinct sound of an EMP. That last part was probably paranoia... right?

As the seven contestants zoom across the road or into the sky, an 8th sneaks in behind, it's angular shape making the WBC's sensors unable to detect it. It was if it was always been there. Jim steadies his helicopter and chases after the other racers as he opens a secure channel to his "sponsor" "I have infiltrated the race, sir" He reported, checking his RADAR for his moment to strike "Good" the radio responded back "Remember, your orders are to stay in the circuit for as long as possible to gather information, do not do anything to risk that"

"Sir, yes sir" Jim acknowledged, then turned the radio off as he eyed his prize.

It stacks. Players decelerate with 25% speed/turn.
EDIT: Scelly only got +40 acc, but seems to have 10 more speed than he should. Actually, he seems to have 10 more speed than he CAN have :P
He reached 50 speed I think during the turn and was then knocked back to 40 (max) at the end.

Toaster growled at his rough start.  Fifth place?  That's the loser half.

He started pressing buttons at random.  It was hard to control the
Paradox, as the buttons tended to move around.  The space-time continuum was fragile here.

He gripped the controls and tried to get his engines to cooperate more.
