Milno hears the sound of something going very wrong in the general direction of the rec room. "I wonder if I really wanna know." he mumbles as he checks his datapad and the corresponding camera since he wants nothing to do with checking it in person.

"Well, that's a thing." He lowers the datapad and sends a picture of the situation to Miyamoto with "good luck" attached before resuming his examination of the jump pack system.

Message back:

Well. That's bloody fantastic.

I'll look into it, but should premature finishing doomarms here not be willing to cooperate, can I count on you to help restrain him before more people get hurt? I'm not sure what shocking by Steve would do, and I don't wanna bother the AM if it isn't strictly needed. Normally I have Pancaek for that kinda stuff, but he's away on mission, and I can't exactly get over there myself.

To Ronald (wolfkit):
"So. You just managed to get one of your fellow troopers killed. Over some godforsaken pizza. You see why we can't just let this slip? Get your ass over to the infirmary right now so we can see what we'll do about those arms. "

Message to the people going over Rimma's stuff:
"So, one of your comrades dies, and first thing you do is try and loot the body? Well it doesn't work like that these days anymore, dead trooper's belongings go to the team fund unless a will is present. So, instead of hoarding that stuff, drop it off at the armory and go bring poor Rimma to the infirmary for proper burial."

'Or however they'll process her remains.'
He finished to himself.

Message to Steve:
"Steve, that guy who just exploded into electricity, could you shock him unconscious if he doesn't come to the infirmary willingly? Though next to that, can he even be put to sleep in general? I mean, do those arms have a reliable 'off' mode? Hell, how does he sleep or go into stasis normally?

Oh, and if think you cannot shock him and there's no other option, could the AM come over and 'contain' him?"

Talking to Steve, containing spess majics.

EDIT: seeing as how Ronald is voluntarily going to the infirmary, ask Steve to have him put into a room where the doomarms can't do anymore damage. Also ask Steve if he has any information about them. Have Ronald be escorted to an isolation room where the arms cannot do anymore damage.

Finally, ask if some sort of 'containment unit' could be made that keep the doomarms in check even when Ronald's unfocused, and that maybe allow for more targeted use of them (so more electrobeam and less electronade).

considering that I am immune to electricity It might be a good idea for me to test the artifac, how much do we need again?

"Maybe not, but she's dead all the same. For good.

either way, we'll have to think of something to prevent something similar in the future. For now, we'll just place you somewhere where you cannot accidentally hurt anyone. In the meantime, tell me everything you know about those arms. How you got them, what they do and how they work. Anything you know might help with finding a solution that prevents anymore involuntary manslaughter."

"Well... I when I woke up the ship was in ermgency mode or something? I think there was some anomaly going on that made the outside of the ship all digital? The ship had a different layout then I think. Anyway, I ended up getting rescued face first into the R&D door. Then when I woke up the big door was open, and behind it there was a room with another door and a bunch of glowing rods on the wall. So I tried to open the second door but I couldn't, so I thought I'd preform a manual override on it so I thought I would grab one of the rods and use it for, um, leverage or something?
But when I grabbed the rod my arms caught dubstep fire and when it settled down they looked awesome. Just like they do now. So I wandered off, and came across some people I think where R&D? They weren't very helpful and they paralyzed me. It was around then that I learned I could cast lightning from my arms. It was more controlled lightning, though.
Later, when I tried to put on clothes, I found that I burninate anything I touch, unless I focus on not doing so. And I think that using my arms in general involves loosening that focus? Oh, and on the fungus mission (I was with you, wasn't I?) at one point something messed with my head, other people went crazy, and my focus slipped and I burnt through the steering wheel.
And after that mission, I tried looseningmost of the focus and I tesla'd the entire test room, So I guess maybe that's what just happened, I let my power go too much?"

Lars has his datapad in the tank, right?  Review the "table of contents" of the HMRC Pantheon.  (This is me IC asking you to post that quick god list from way back when.)

Randomly-chosen stat point removed, or player-chosen?

If player-chosen, -1 endurance.

Then Auriel returns to the room. Staying near the exit, just in case.

"Hey steve." You speak into the air.
>Yes?
"Could you guys also make a hamburger out of this arm when they cut it off? I wanted to eat it just for the sake of tasting it."
>That is horrible and disgusting. It will no doubt set you apart and create fear in your team mates. So of course.

"Space magic is pretty scary, I'll admit. Though it seems he's cooperative, so it won't be necessary after all."

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

"Hmm, I see. So, you need to keep actively focused to keep the arms in their 'off' state, and using them is more like letting the restraints loose in a controlled way. Does that sound about right?

And yeah, you were there, but I guess I was too preoccupied with the murderous planet to pay attention to your arms and that steering wheel.

I'm gonna inquire with Steve if there's anything we can do to help keep those things in check. You can help me by asking him questions as well and looking for a solution, as long as you also stay inside an isolation room for the time being, in case the doomarms are growing in power or are becoming harder to control."

((Skipped me.))
Still feeling that something strange is happening nearby, Elias wanders around the ship, looking for anything relatively unusual or anomalous.
Find "Total Domination" and, if successful, try to capture and/or kill him.
