The Great Charter of the Toady Protectorate
Let this charter begin first with the protectorate's sacred phrase.
We the people, of Various Nonsense, in order to form a more perfect forum experience, do hereby secede from the main forums. Although we intend to form a Toady Protectorate, we are from here on an entirely separate forum.
This charter will herein give Ministers and Ministries alike, of those who do join our counsel, and those which may aid in the furthering of our advances, with no exceptions short of absolute demanding by the Prime Minister, nor rebellion against such demands, set powers over the forums in question, whether annexed or allied, taken with force or with diplomacy, or claimed at the current time or in the future, as well as principles, guidelines, and regulations which, unless demanded by the Prime Minister and generally seen as in favor of our advances, must be kept as the highest of laws, and thus followed by all under it. Following the regulations of the counsel, the Ministers, Ministries, and their appropriate powers will then be displayed the goals and plans which the before-stated counsel will wish to reach for. Without further ado, the regulations, guidelines, and laws are hereby proclaimed as these, to be amended or added to at the will of the general census of the counsel:
- All counsel members, in light of keeping healthy the well-being of this counsel, must herein follow all regulations stated, those that which are written, and those which shall be written, at the time of their adoption and forward to their revoking.
- Above even the Prime Minister, all actions taken and ideas expressed by the counsel must be kept within the regulations of that which this protectorate stands for, and under no condition unless the great Toady does ask for it, shall his rule ever be overruled by the counsel.
- The amending of and adding to the rules and regulations, here being stated, must be done in general organization, keeping voting to a maximum of a single option until that option is established or denied. All Ministers and Ministries to the most recent date, and not a moment later, accepted as part of the Counsel have an acquired power to vote, and all Ministries and Ministers have equal power in such voting, including to a lesser extent Sub-Ministers and Sub-Ministries. The accepted ending, whether it be acceptance or removal, will be found by whichever action has the most votes, and is then finished with the ceremonial smacking of the boot, to be done by the appropriate Minister. Followed by beveraqges dispensed by the appropriate Minister.
- All general declarations, which may not subjugate themselves upon the counsel without agreement, may be made by the appropriate Minister, the Prime Minister. Should such declarations involve the form in which the counsel or otherwise seen populace is governed, acceptance must also be given by the appropriate minister of Bureaucracy. However, should the stated body deal with an area of forum which is thus governed by the appropriate Minister, said appropriate Minister must also give acceptance.
- In the light of ruling formed by Toady, peace is a guideline for the actions taken by the counsel when such actions deal within the forums within Bay 12, and possibly a hope to use peace in outside affairs as well, as seen fit by the appropriate Minister of Love, unless such peace be deemed of a quality dispossessing emotion, in which the appropriate Minister of Apathy may then carry out such actions. Should war be inevitable, within Bay 12 or otherwise, all actions that interact with such a status must be made by the appropriate Minister of War. All actions, war or not, that occur out of Bay 12 will also require acceptance, or be made by the appropriate Minister of Foreign Affairs. Should force of a greater magnitude be required, for war purposes or defense, the appropriate ministers of the Giant Orbital Cannon and BEEEES! may use their appropriated powers in the advancement of the counsel. Such daring affairs are also then overseen by the appropriate Minister of Chins.
- The creation of products for all uses is to be carried out by the appropriate Minister of Industry, with the construction of larger creations then also overseen by the Minister of Legos. The costs for these productions, as well as all other creations that require monetary supplies herein, are subject to the ruling of the Minister of the Treasury.
- In the case that movement may be required for the furthering of the advances of the counsel, within the currently occupied forum or in the event of migration to another, the appropriate Minister of Transport may then provide such services and rule over them. In dealing with transport of non-counsel members into the protectorate, the appropriate Minister of Transport is then required to lead and oversee the operation. Depending on certain qualities of said immigrants, the appropriate Minister of Ultra-Bamfodox Jews may then require further action.
- The admission of new Ministries to the counsel, or as sub-Ministries to previously-existing or to be created Ministries is strictly kept as a power to the appropriate Minister of New Ministries. A general consensus must be reached for such power to be overruled by the counsel.
- In the communication between counsel members, citizens of the protectorate, or alien people, the appropriate Minister of IRC will then control such communications within his appropriate realm, and create in his absence, should he require it, a separate set of rules and regulations to be followed by any and all who participate in such communication. Communication through Steam, as well as its simulated experiences of conflict for military, puzzle, and other practices, is to be overseen by its appropriate Minister of steam.
- In coordination with the appropriate Minister of Screaming and Smacking the boot, but not forced to be so, the appropriate Minister of Madness may claim that something does cling to such acts of madness, and may to his own discretion, apart from separate rules within The Great Charter of the Toady Protectorate, perform and yell out random nonsense.
Herein listed are the original Ministers and Ministries, as well as their respective holders, that did create the Counsel of the Toady Protectorate, to be held with utmost honor and respect.

The many goals of the Toady Protectorate may be listed within this area, to be heeded as often as is possible by the Counsel and its citizens, to never be deemed unfit unless purposefully removed by the Counsel through voting and receiving a general consensus to the removal of the goal.
- The claiming of, further developing to, and expanding of the territory thus claimed by the Toady Protectorate.
- The appointing, promoting, and training of new Ministers and Ministries into the Toady Protectorate.
- The spreading of the rules, regulations, power, goals, Ministries, and Ministers of the Toady Protectorate to those who may or may not wish to hear them, as deemed by the Counsel.
As is last proclaimed within The Great Charter of the Toady Protectorate, the Ministers and Ministries, sub to previously or soon to be created Ministers or Ministries or not, are herein listed, with honor to be commended such a position, but not to be given as much honor as the first great Counsel to bring forth the Toady Protectorate and its aforementioned and nearly-completed Great charter.

This Great Charter of the Toady Protectorate is thus ended, with all stated created by, aside from the sacred phrase and list of honorable Ministers and Ministries, by the Minister of The Charter, as is now commended, Vaiolis. It is our hope that this Protectorate will, in its future as it has done with its present and did with its past, prosper, continue to prosper, and achieve all goals that may be aforementioned or to be mentioned.

Hmm, I have not even bothered to look in this thread for quite some time. Let's see... 15 posts per page... about 15 pages missed...

So, apparently there is some sort of war or something going on between the Prime Minister Inaluct and the elected Baron Aqizzar. Hmm... well, as the Minister of the Great Charter, perhaps I can contribute to... whatever needs contributing.
First off, I find it most honorable that Baron Aqizzar would look to the Ministers of this Protectorate for your members. As though you regard us as a higher power to non-protectorate ministers and non-ministers alike.
However, I say honorable in the sense that Aqizzar wouldst look here among other places. The act of removing the members of our Protectorate seems fairly rude, however it is also quite humbling. Inaluct was, as we know, the original creator of this whole what-have-you. And thus I do say that creating something such as you are, Aqizzar, would make you appear to be copying his moves. As though you register his idea as a superior one, and wish to delve into it. As Inaluct did, through obvious time-stamps upon the forum, originate this idea to paper (or binary), he does claim full credit.
Now, if this isn't enough to spur our traitors away from this Baron, consider this. How many of you pledged to Aqizzar before everyone said his chin looked decent? How many of you pledged to Inaluct before everyone said his penguins were amazing? Strange... everyone seemed to know of the greatness of penguins already, and joined Inaluct quickly. And yet, a poll was needed to show that Aqizzar was in fact worthy of worship as well?
Then let us sum this up. If you wish to follow what your heart originally inspired you to do, without the obviously unnecessary words of others, and join the original creator of the glorious idea of the creation of a Protectorate with which to defend Toady, join Inaluct. However, if you wish to follow what everyone else appears to do, thereby removing your dignity and personality, and replacing it with whatever others feel like placing, and join the follower of Inaluct's ideas, but in doing so go against the Protectorate, and thus go against Toady, please, join Aqizzar.
This is the Minister of the Great Charter, and the Minister of BEEEEES, Vaiolis, stating these words here, and I do whole-heartedly support them, and Inaluct.
And for those of you who think I'm getting serious on this matter and have put the enjoyable ways of the Protectorate behind me, your are most mistaken. 'Tis all in good fun, and as this is in the forum designated for various nonsense, I mean no literal harm or injustice to any.
Let the boot fall, if Jackrabbit shouldst still support us. If not, shame on him, and let there be beverages! If not, shame on him, and let us be merry without the appropriate Ministery! And shame on you all who did leave for Aqizzar, and shame on me for needing to point all this out to you.
