Ditto. Especially since I even gave the show a try and didn't find it to be particularly meme-worthy.

I'm hoping it will be hastened now that Toady shut down the MLP thread thanks to people posting pony rape stories (seriously, disturbing crap right there).

The museum is not an appropriate arena to discuss your hatred of My Little Pony. Please stop, or we will escort you out of the thread.

Amazing people are still posting misinformation about that.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Not the place to discuss how you like ponies.

Remember when spinning used to be a thing. Spinning avatars were the best. Which is why I brought mine back.

ETA:
Let me also add that I don't think just because somebody likes MLP they have bad taste - just different taste than me.

Also, this would probably be a good time for a change of subject.

So, I submit THIS ANCIENT RELIC for your consideration, sirs.

Well that is hilarious. Especially since Steam eventually won the distribution wars, and is certainly the least evil of them all.

I gave Barbar his sinistar quote when we decided to both be sinistar for absolutely no reason.  I did a lot more goofing around with Duke and stuff too.

And...spinning Godot heads.

Just to show:

Bunch of older avatars I had at some point.

I registered in 2010 and remember reading it for at least 3-4 years before that. Shit, I'm almost an old guy around here. Fuck.

And now we have a thread about spinning! *fwoosh*

Anyway, since you guys were so nostalgic about the declaration of independance, would someone mind showing us who can't see it?

You really should go back to the troll one. It was the finest thing.

Actually, I've always wondered where that horrible troll avatar was from, and how to go about making it into a tf2 spray.

The old VN... man, those were the DAYs. I still mourn.

I remember running that terrible alternate forum for a while. Eventually even that got out of hand. I don't think Armok will ever forgive me for deleting it.
I most certainly will not!

Luckily, the MLP forums have taken some of the niche, with a more sensible stance on cencorship and nsfw content...
