A complete covering of Fire imp leather and a full suit of Steel Armour over top. The wiki says these are both Magma proof, and i am wondering if i could equip a dorf with such things, and then dump em in the magma (alive) and have him do sweet shit dorf like things on the bottom of a volcano, Will this work?

I assume it would protect  againts Dragon fire, but i am no raw expert so i am only basing this on a guess. Magma seems as if it would slow roast the dorf in the suit. I dunno.

The suit is fireproof, but the dwarf isn't. Urist McLavadiver would be roasted alive - and fast, too. Plus, at the bottom of a volcano is semi-molten rock. Semi-molten rock eats (more or less) anything that's placed on top of it instantly. Your dwarf and suit would be gone before they could even move a tile.

In short, go for it. Losing is Fun.

The suit wouldn't even cover the entire Dwarf. You want magma swimming?
