I have a Mac, so yea, also never used DT.  Can never stand the lag after about year 5 though.

I have The rapist, but I only use it to see how close my engraver is to Legendary +5, if I use it at all

What I meant is that yes, technically you can't win the game, but it stops here. Basically, when a fort or an adventurer starts to become incredibly awesome (colonizing hell, killing bronze colossuses with fluffy wamblers, flooding the whole map with magma and killing elephants whole sieges with it, succeeding in a megaproject, etc), it's close enough to winning the game.
