Is there any way to safely remove viruses from the game? The last two forts I've had with this mod died within the first year due to rotavirus spreading at an insane rate. Incredibly frustrating and unfun.

Delete there interactions in the raw file, than remove the excaped monkies to avoid conflict with the interactions and all that jazz. Gen a new world, ta da, no viruses.

cleanse your palette and check again...there are also hints of Borderlands, Doom, Half-Life, Starship Troopers, and a light sprinkling of Wasteland.

Still need to run into those Eldritch abominations in my own fort. On the default world map I've only ever gotten an evil ocean for everything. Any good terrain advice for meeting up with the most of them?

Hi there, i have a question how to remove from my game things like bloatfly and other annoying spore man's or whatever was that - yes im noob and i dont wont them to meet them in my adventures because those bastards show up when im slaughtering gecko's for their meat and bones 'n' hides kinda stuff and i dont know how to fight with them and beat em up. Those are too much challenge for me i dont want them in my games so - where to erase those?

Please?

Get NotePad++, a text editor for programmers. Use its Menu/Search/Find In Files function to search for the creature's name across entire folders.
(The raw/objects folder has many creature_*.txt files where they are defined.)

Thanks very much TomiTapio - thanks very much - now i can be sure that when i will do some crafting with bones or hides of fallen foes no bloatfly's will show up... Thanks, really thanks!
BTW really in love with this mod, all that fallout influence - really great - im loving this!

oh man...if bloatflies are giving you a hard time...have I got some bad news for you...*cough-cazadores-cough*

buy a gutsy or securitron and chain it next to your outside shops...instant bloatfly soup. ...also the occasional brushfire...
