So...yeah, MoM, I've got some of the mods working at least. Smart Moving works for sure, same for Optifine and NEI, but I don't seem to have Runefactory itself. What was I supposed to do there?

It should have installed along with the others, just run the installer jar on a clean install.

I need to get a working version of java - .jar files don't like me for some reason.

How so?

Java thing #1: Black cmd line saying something like it can't find the .jar I just ran.

Java thing #2: Error box saying it can't find the .jar I just ran.

Java thing #3: Java thing loading for a few seconds before going "error".

Updated my Java. When attempting to launch, it said Error: Could not load file/URL specified: C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\javaws2

Yeah, I had some fix found for it at some point presumably because I managed to get haven and hearth working, but..

I've been trying to play with the mods direwolf has been playing with, mainly because I feel all the technic mods are outdated, but failed. Anyone know if someone took all these mods and put them into one download for easy install? Like a folder with files you dragon into jar, and a folder with files you drag into the mod folder?
I could do that for you. Would take me about 12 minutes probably. 17 if I also test it.

I'll do it later when I get home.

Thank you. I guess you have all the mods already. Would take waaaaay more then 12 minutes to download and move all of them.

Also, about the cows. I thought they had a limited amount of milk/stew? Last time I milked a cow (maybe a year ago) I could get 1-3 buckets out of them. Then no more.
Er.. sorry. I got caught up blowing shit up everywhere with nukes while testing to make sure it worked.

Here ya go. All of DW20's mods in an easy pack.

1. Delete META-INF from your .jar
2. Copy all files in the jar folder into your .jar
3. Copy all files in the minecraft folder into your .minecraft folder
4. Play

Download is about 27MB.

As usual, I offer no support for this. I may help if you ask nicely though.

O well thank you, but before I download it, what about direwolf's configure file(s)? I believe there was a txt file that needed to go into config, and one that needed to be ran after allt he mods were installed.

I'm on a quest to singlehandedly break as many of the mods in Technic that can be legitimately broken. I feel I'm making good progress. A show of hands. Who else out there runs their entire base off of cows?

I never knew about milk to lava buckets, well that's my next project sorted for my world. :D

When your inventory is open hit o to open the NEI interface and o again to close it.

Ah lol, too used to it being automatically opened.

Now back to breaking games. EE is just broken on it's own. In the time it takes you to set up a contraption to automatically make you EU, you could have carved hundreds of diamonds worth of stuff out of the earth with the destruction catalyst. And then upgrade it to the catalytic lens and get even more.
