I wouldn't go expecting a map for several weeks, possibly months, and in small bits of it. This is assuming he even makes one.

This one is for Medieval; I think there's one for the whole world but I don't have it saved.

I believe this is the last one he posted.

You have to remember that the World is about 26-27 or so times the size of that now though.

Chaos, you remember what happened last time Anini made a map?

As useful as a map would be, I have no wish to put him through that again.

So I've decided to settle on a goal for Darius: To become a freelance paranormal detective
 8)

Probably could've started as one, but I guess I wasn't really thinking.
He's down to team up with just about anyone, provided you and your goals are not clearly evil and/or amoral, but don't expect him to stick around once the job's done.

Hey, Aninimouse, how much might it cost to rent out a crappy little office where I can put "Darius Smith, PI" on the door?

Haha, that sounds like a pretty fun idea. Darius Smith seems like a fitting name for the job as well. Renting out a little office wouldn't be a problem, 100₵ or so a month would really be very little to a PC. :P

The problem is just getting that first 100₵.
Alrighty, awesome.

Now I just need to figure out how to get that money, yeah...

Once the Modboose Guild of Magery and the Supernatural is set up, you can move your headquarters there.

Damn your quick quoting skills, Ani! :P Clearly revealing that I had changed what I had posted for clarification, even if I was wrong...

*grumble grumble*

Actually, I have a decent(?) idea. Just gen a bunch of worlds in DF and try to figure out how to make them all fit together, or just use them individually and say 'this is section A-1 out of A-J and 1-10' or whatever. ^^^

Also, 2 minor things I noticed in my sheet: My revolver is missing, and my backpack's acronym tag is broken.

I know. I just thought that maybe he would be using the same map as before in Medieval or maybe he had already created a map.

The stuff Lillipad bought before disappeared too, I think the character sheets are haunted...

I think I have your first assignment for Darius thatkid.

Medieval's map is a part of this map.

And that is true.

And so as heroes banded together, the lonely, paranoid, kobold shivered as he waited for something to approach.

Yes it is part of the map but are we using the same map without any modifications? And the map of course is not the full thing for Modieval.

I have no wish to put Aninimouse through the same torture in creating map. Carry on my good man.

The terrain is still the same, and most of the cities/towns still exist, but there are a lot more towns and cities added onto it.
It's the Core Territory, the center of the civilized world, and every race by the Thelenawen has land there.

So

Does the old stand-by of "walk into tavern/bar/pub, get quest" still hold true? Or has the world gotten less adventurous in its modernness?
