I'm glad I found this thread before getting around to upgrading to .06, I got about 250-odd Dorfs running around half naked, with about 100 of them chilluns. Guess I'll crank out some pants in .05 before upgrading. Thank Armok for my FB silk farm!

There's safe. Then there's unsafe. And then there's the average dwarf fort, which remains unrated because the OSHA inspector flatly refused to go anywhere within a dozen miles of the place.

Yeah, nevermind, society itself is breaking down right now. The pissed children caused a huge tantrum spiral when they died. Of my 160 survivors, I'm sure 100 of them are stark raving mad or melancholy.

No, it collapses when clothing returns.

Or rather, it happens when they realize their nudity.  Did... Did we just get tossed out of the Garden of Eden?  Did Toady just cast us to damnation?

Obviously the reason apples don't exist in DF is that they were replaced by adamantine.

Where are my dwarves' happy thoughts caused by putting on that old xxpig tail fiber dressxx and seeing that it still fits?

And if it doesn't? Do you really want to be responsible for the ensuing tantrum?

"In the wash"? What kind of elf heresy is this you speak of?

There are three things I know about dwarves:
1. They've got beards. Even the women.
2. They're short. Especially the women.
3. They're Scottish.

You have to wash the cloth in blood once a season, they lose their color otherwise.
