Sign me up!

Also, are there aliens?
They are very rare, there is knowledge they exist but the Imperium wishes to just keep on expanding rather than focus on silly things like contacting the aliens. Since the entire game takes place on the fringe of the Imperium's borders, I can assure that you will meet them eventually.

To help clarify, no you can't be one.

Hehe, some time ago after moving house I found a folder containing my eldest brother's copy of Book One of Traveller, complete with some yellowed character sheets painstakingly filled out and stashed in the middle.
The chargen rules are so deliciously convoluted and confusing, I just might have to join in!
Perhaps I could resurrect one of my brother's old characters, such as the illustrious General Moondust... Or Count Startshooter... or Captain Brottfire.
Or, more likely, just make a character of my own, with a less gaudy name. :P How are we playing this, exactly? In IRC, like the char creation?

Unfortunately Scriver and Kestrel have taken the last two spots, but hey if they somehow die in a terrible accident you're more than welcome to take their spot.

Ah, okay! That's fine!... Fine... I'm sure they won't. Yes.

Me and Yoink are already in the Mibbit chat room, and I use my cool guy authority to kick one of those squares out to put in the aussie.

You don't get to be a Count nor a General.

To any people who have yet to generate a character, I'll be in the mibbit irc room for awhile if you want to run through character generation.

Spoiler: Ship Scematics (click to show/hide)

We have 4 state rooms, which one's the captains, ones the pilots, so we have 2 left to seperate between 5 other people, but I'm taking the engine room (or room 16 since it's right above it) so that's 2 rooms for 4 people.

Sorry for leaving yesterday, I slipped into a bit of a downer mood and had to quit. Do you think we'll have q chance at rolling a character tonight?

I hope so. I'm still waiting for word on when we can roll my character, however.

Sorry, been a bit pre-occupied. I'll try to get on IRC later today.

I'll be in irc for awhile, anyone who hasn't gotten a chance to get their character generation can drop by if they want.
