I believe we're talking about full scale colonisation here.  You don't just leave all your shit in the van when you move house.

Only three at a time, though. I think it means they practice some sort of ironic devil-worshipping numerology.

I suppose there are worse things they could shoot at people to turn them into hipsters.

And here's Invisible Children from 2006.

It took me a while to realize this video wasn't parody.
Posting this link in every Kony thread I can find in the internets.

I feel terrible for that man. I think he cracked because he really was trying to do something good, but received criticism and responded in ENTIRELY the wrong way. I'm sad that the video endorsed the same old White People Have To Fix The World mentality, when Uganda are already taking care of business... but the spirit of the project was still well-meaning, and probably doesn't deserve the backlash it's gotten. They were clear they were raising money to advertise from the start, and never claimed to be donating to Ugandan families affected by the LRA or so on, so people shouldn't be surprised that their funds were spent on their own organization and projects. Also, the video was obviously telling a personal story from many years ago, and clarified that Kony wasn't in Uganda anymore. I don't know how people seem to miss this part.

Anyway, I'm glad they were at least able to raise awareness as they have. If the project wasn't a success in that regard, we wouldn't have this discussion going on right now.

I agree. If Invisible Children hadn't done what they did, we wouldn't be talking about Invisible Children right now.

The project may have had good intentions, but there are far better ways to approach the problem.

Pretty much sums up my view on IC.

From far away, it was a naked man pounding the sidewalk in public -- now TMZ has obtained up close video of Jason Russell's meltdown ... complete with four-letter words ... and the devil.

In this new video, Russell can be heard ranting to himself, dropping F-bombs, clapping to no one in particular, and shouting about the devil.
Dangly bits blurred out in the video, thankfully.

They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Lol he wasn't drunk. He was dehydrated, malnourished, and acting very strange. Meth is the likely candidate.

Ya, either some sort of mind altering drug, which seems unlikely due to statements he wasn't on any from those who knew him along with no confirmation of any in his system (which probably would have been tested for when he was hospitalized).

It would appear

Jason Russell has gone stark raving mad!
