Collect items and read the note on my desk. After all, it must be important.

Everyone simultaneously changes into their government clothing (And tries to avoid each other's gaze), then proudly slides their IDs into their ID slot on their suit jacket and proudly mounts the badge of Information & Supply onto their breastpocket. Now... TO WORK.

Collect items and read the note on my desk. After all, it must be important.
You pick up the note and read it.
"PROCEDURE
Stamp documents that come in. Use the laptop to confirm information and query superiors. Use your judgement to decide what document deserves what stamp. Choose wisely. We are watching. The stamps are as follows.
APPROVED
DENIED
DETAIN
SUSPICIOUS
CONFIDENTIAL
CIVILIAN
INCORRECT DEPARTMENT
WRONG"

Follow suit, check everything is in order. Whew, okay now my job can start proper.
Stamps, note, computer, yep. Everything's in order. You check the computer itself. There is an email system, a communicator, and Liberty Edition Ultra Patriot Solitaire: The Reckoning. There is also a printer application, and something called "Document Scanner".

A female automated voice drones above you. "Announcement. New documents coming down from express delivery. Please approve/deny them within ten minutes [Three turns]. Feel free to question your superiors about the order if you are unsure about certain circumstances, or use your document scanner as a way to detect errors. Have a nice day. Remember the objectives of today: 1. All orders for assault rifles must be sent to the Department of Army and Police Enforcement. 2. All information about the Bakka-Rooko Incident is to be immediately denied. Also remember that you are paid by amount of forms filled out."

Something groans within your printers, and eventually four documents are printed out of Alex's, General's, Henrich's, and Michael's printers. Nothing comes out of Karen's. How bizarre.

The time is 9:10am. Time to begin.

Michael picked up his documents and looked at the others. Strangely, Karen had no documents. He wanted to know why, but decided it would be rather rude to point her out. He didn't want any trouble coming to any of them.

Examine documents.

"This is MY intelligence!" General shouted as he began to read the document.

Karen peers at the others, and as the loud one's statement suggested, they all have documents. Okay give it a bit, maybe my printer is.. slow or something. ...Crap, crap, why isn't anything coming out, maybe there just aren't any documents for me yet? Better safe than sorry.

Check Printer is plugged in, ink cartridge ect, then if it is then check my communicator and email to see who my superiors are and contact them. Better than sitting around when I'm meant to be working.
