You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Try to explore, and see how charged up I can get. This gun will be useless if I can't store a charge.

(Theres not technically a upper limit to the power amount, just a limit to how much the generator will charge. If you wreck a bunch of bots you'll have a bunch of extra power)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Wait, the trader offered to install the heavy armor for 5 power. What exactly does that mean? 5 power that I currently have, or 5 max power, or something else?

You give him 5 power and you get armor. It doesn't effect your max.

RP later (probably not)

Ask what the benefits/downsides of the movement upgrade are, and what could be done to fix the board.  Accept weapon trade.  Request price quote on armor upgrade.  Reject shield mod.  Accept power upgrade.

While I'm here:

Ask about A: using the pathbot circuit and B: using the coolants.

The trader shrugs at Unit 152 like he's not seen them before, rambles off a string of quotes at TSTR-51 (Yes/Possible minor corruption from board damage/nothing doable here, Good, 6 power, Reasonable, Good!), and goes back inside to find his tools.

To the northeast, Kasi finds a way upwards.

TSTR-51 hums, then beeps.

"Trade matrix balanced.  Armor and movement trades read as sufficient.  Accept as indicated."

Accept armor and movement.  Go charge up.

Go to wreckage in northwest and try to scavenge from it. Then charge if needed.
