Eh.  I guess a college is all the horror and unexplained happenings my town needs.  Because I can't think of a single myth.

Pretty much the same here, except here everything is run by hippies who believe the community college the next town over is on an indian burial ground. They try every year to have single-use grocery bags banned in the city limits when they aren't talking about weird things like that.
