A note on Alloran physiology. Despite them being a great deal tougher and generally durable than the average sentient, they do not have any form of improved health recovery. So despite surviving a wound that could slay an human, it would take many months, or possibly years, before they are fully recovered from such harm.

2. Total population size, as well as food production, and some other modifiers (Hospitals would be one of them)
3. Though quite unrealisic, the bonusses stack
