I agree.  It should also probably be a rule that non-defended territories get a huge detriment to their defense roll.

Sorry about the long wait guys, finals and all have been pretty hectic, and I haven't had time for really much of anything on the forums. I'll go through the turns either friday, or on the weekend. Sorry again, promise I'll come through thi sweek though :-[.
