So the Grunt's icon doesn't appear to reflect its actual stats for movement, of which it has only three according to the OP.

Kashyyk can circle around the wall and get at you from behind cover. And if he survives, he only needs two lucky shots to completely take you out.

The thing is, between my move and my range, once I finish off the two immobilized grunts, I can literally outrun him as I shoot at him forever.

The other thing is, he can hem your snipers between his mobile and immobile units. It'll take a lot of luck, but it's still not impossible.
