If you look all the way back, the land is mountainous, so mining would probably the best idea for more income.

What should we do with all these prisoners we've taken? Especially the general. If they haven't talked by now, they probably wont.

How about another set of fair trials? It'd reinforce our position as "fair and just," which is always a plus.
