Make a gmail account with a false name like Falsey McPseudonym then and use that for youtube.

Isn't that against the ToS? I know it is for places like Facebook.

You're confusing gmail with G+. FalseyMcPseudonym@gmail.com is either already taken or a weird but usable email.
