Get a bunch of oxygen tanks. Open up the valves. Find natural gasline and rip it. Break open one of those flourescent ceiling lights, the tube ones. Make sure it is turned off first. Go to breaker box, switch power off. Go back to light that we broke, flip the switch. Leave building as quickly as possible.
When the power is turned back on, the light will spark ingniting the oxygen/natural gas mixture, blowing the entire building up.
Oh yeah, and kill anyone who sees us. If we're killing 7 billion people, we gotta start out with a large bang and fireworks made out of bodyparts.

First, make a get-rich-quick scheme, then get rich. Use the money to hire inventors to make a large space-based machine that can flatten the Earth. Then, make a gigantic pizza cutter space-ship to cut the world into slices. Then make another spaceship in the shape of a TV. Make a gigantic space robot stuck to a rocketbooster sofa. Then, enter the robot, eat Earth pizza with human soul toppings, and watch giant space TV.

As you are thinking, it would seem that someone decided to turn the power back on. A massive explosion rockets from the home, destroying a few other homes as well. A good start, to be certain.
