Prepare sleeper agents (actors to hide in major population centers, then, when we give them a signal, have them attack in places like malls, stock exchanges, police departments, etc.0

Have you ever seen a small child on their own, or even at all, in a stock exchange or police station?

I doubt that is a good plan. Or a plan that will still be useful by the time we need it.

Since it got buried underneath discussion of ???
For what to do; consult our map of Diddy Donkey Pharmaceutical bases and stop off at a small settlement near one. We want to let the whole media coverage blow over a little before the next attack. Or attack before they can respond. One or the other.

So, final revision, have the children infect 2-3 hobos, than kill more and eat. these small hordes can then be used to sow chaos after we've dealt with the small horses.

They will not last forever.
Best case scenario; they survive and manage to cause a bit of trouble before getting fucked up
Worst case scenario; they get found out too soon and the people realise we're traitors
Likely scenario; they die out from unrelated shit

Point is that it isn't a good plan.

We can think of that either when the opportunity for a smarter horde mutation shows up, or until we find some other method to implement contingency plans without it being a sucky plan.

If we get some humans we can trust, which was one of the reasons for that broadcast, we can always leave them with a small group of zombies.

Oh and remember to upload that video with the dogs along with those other things we said in the radio.
