Is there a source that isn't the site of sociopathic conspiracy theorist Alex Jones'?

edit: okay yah this entire thread's premise is based on stupidity of the site linked, not a surprise.

The US government is holding her loved ones hostage. That's why she's saying that.

I think she means to say Alex Jones probably isn't the most trustworthy source of info in the world, dispite the name of his website.

Yyyeaaah, Alex Jones' site is not a reliable media source.

Just take a look at the other articles, and the comments section of all of them.

Free Knowledge Institute open letter

European Commission Factsheet

The Unholy Writ Itself. (Finalized, currently under debate.)

Note that the European Commission tries to play down the parts about ISPs and email sites have to monitor your stuff, not to mention bases of user-generated content. Also note that the bill itself does nothing to limit this occurrence, and in fact encourages it. The EC states that the intent of the treaty is not to harass consumers. The bill itself gives corporations the power to do exactly that, regardless of the intent of the signers.

god... dammit
You know what, fuck this! I give up, they can have the fucking internet! We can all go sit in the desert surrounded by barb wire fences with armed guards... THEN nobody would pirate anything, so it MUST be a viable solution.

I can't even come up with words to describe how annoyed this is making me feel.

It's like they're trying to get everyone to rise up with pitchforks and torches.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was a hunchbacked figure snivelling in some corner somewhere laughing...

Still going with the whole 2012 Apocalypse thing, I think "The End of the World as We Know It" (Unrelated to the copyrighted song) is more for the elite, for 'The Meek shall inherit the Earth' than 'We're all gonna die!!!!'.

Summary: The world wakes up and stands up for itself.

Makes me wanna re-read some stuff prophets have written down as well as Revelations, and cross-check some notes. I'll laugh if I'm anywhere close with my interpretation, and the Earth won't end in a fiery blaze of glory; but instead common sense is regained worldwide, and any upper class citizen that was only in it for themselves exclusively (e.g. Not giving back to the world, or not doing the right thing with their power) will crumble.

The more I see everyone resist these kinds of laws, the more faith I regain in humanity. I used to want to watch the world burn (mostly out of frustration and witnessing tons of stupidity); but now it's more perceived like a phoenix, rather than a log.

December 2012 is when I get drunk, and the day after I go on a rampage because I realized that I only had half a year to go until I was sober for seven years.
