Well, I am pretty sure that Khorne just wants everything to die in a bloody way, even if he's not xenophobic. Also, consider that almost every Xeno in the Galaxy wants to kill/eat/mindrape humans, so I guess our xenophoby and "problematic attitude" is kind of justified.

You guys are misunderstanding the design: That's no barrel (for the most part), that's shell storage.

Applying madness to 40k is like salting the ocean. Sure, it makes things worse, but you'd really need to go the whole hog for anybody to notice.
